At this age, the children start to use traditional cork and leather cricket balls instead of incrediballs as they begin to learn more about the techniques and skills involved in the game.

All the matches are eight-a-side, 16 overs a team affairs with an innovative rules and scoring method to ensure everyone gets an equal chance to bat, bowl, field and contribute to their team’s performance.

Summer cricket training for 2014 starts at the end of April and runs until the end of August. Sessions are held at the ground on Sundays from 9.30am to 11am.
