The Firsts grabbed a crucial 30 points in their battle to stave off relegation from Division One with a dramatic victory over third-placed Old Albanians.
Twice they turned the game on its head to end up runaway winners by 135 runs.
First, opener Josh Roseberry (71) and Rana Arslan with an unbeaten 116 lifted them from a perilous 45 for 4 to 232 for 5.
Then, after the home side began their reply brightly they slumped in a catastrophic collapse to 97 all out with a stunning 7 for 35 from skipper Guy Warman.
The win still leaves the Park one off the bottom of the table with two games remaining, both against fellow strugglers Leverstock Green and Hitchin.
At first the Park were troubled by the bowling of Naseer Ahmed, whose 3 for 19 in ten overs made run scoring difficult.
His final over, which produced the fourth wicket, heralded the arrival at the crease of the hard-hitting Arslan.
After a slow start he stepped up the run-rate, proceeding to hit 18 fours in a brilliant innings of 116 not out off 93 balls, while anchorman Roseberry’s innings of 71 proved the perfect foil as the two of them added 164 for the fifth wicket.
The home side began their reply in free-flowing style in spite of Warman and Sam McCrow picking up early wickets and at 60 for 2 off 12 overs there was no sign of what was to follow.
In the next seven overs the remaining eight wickets fell and in the space of 13 deliveries bowled by Warman, he bagged five wickets as six wickets fell for the addition of only eight runs.
Matt Hutchinson and Shaun Robinson also picked up a wicket apiece to complete the rout as Albanians were bowled out in only 19.4 remarkable overs.
